For the Hotel:
Parcels for events held in the hotel may be delivered up to three days prior to the event. The shipment must be addressed to the guest responsible for claiming the parcel at the hotel. Parcels should be addressed to:

The hotel requires advanced notice of the shipment and number of boxes. Boxes should be numbered 1 of 5, 2 of 5, etc. Deliveries of more than (5) five boxes will be assessed a handling fee. Box handling fees are as follows: 6-10 boxes, $50.00, 11-25 boxes, $100. The fee for more than 26 will need to be negotiated. Any large boxes or any materials requiring handling and delivery will be assessed an additional $250 flat fee. Please make prior arrangements to have your boxes returned to your organization. Should the hotel ship your boxes back to your organization they will be subject to a handling fee of $10.00 per box and $100.00 per pallet. Any large boxes or any materials requiring handling and delivery will be assessed an additional $250.00 flat fee. The Sales Office must be notified in advance to assure proper acceptance of these items. Boxes left behind one week will be discarded.
**Items shipped to the hotel will need to be brought to Folsom Field by the attendee. We will have a shuttle available if needed.
For Folsom Field:
Please see below for our shipping policy. The items can arrive here starting on August 5th. A storage fee will apply for anything that arrives prior to that date. The attendees will be responsible for shipping their items back immediately after the event – we will not be able to store anything due to other events booked in the space that weekend. Please keep us in the loop on what packages to expect.
Packages: Packages may be delivered to the Licensor within 48 hours of the date of the event. Packages or materials of excessive weight or value must be approved for receipt by the Licensor prior to shipping. Shipping and Handling Fees apply for all incoming and outgoing packages. Should special arrangements for delivery be necessary, please contact your Event Coordinator. The following information must be on all packages to ensure proper delivery:

Storage fee per box per day will apply to any boxes received prior to 48 hours of the event. This storage fee will also apply to each empty packing container stored during the event. Folsom Field is not in any way liable for the contents of these packages. Storage fee: $5 per box, per day, with a max of $100 per day.
*Packages delivered to Folsom Field will be available on Wednesday at 11 am in the 6th floor bar area on the suite level where the meetings will be held.
Return Shipping Instructions
Please schedule a pick up time on Friday with your preferred shipping company.
Packages will need to be prepared for shipping.
Fill out the appropriate shipping labels and attach them to your packages.
Packages will need to be brought to the 5th Floor, north side by the service elevator.
+Please note that attendees will be responsible for shipping their items back immediately after the event – Folsom Field will not be able to store anything due to other events booked in the space that weekend.
